Below are the records to be maintained by the HOA per the Articles of Incorporation. In absence of the notice of a meeting or minutes I have submitted a request for the following documents. I will post them when I recieve them. That should clarify what legal action our HOA is taking after the letter that was mailed to all of the homeowners and perhaps shed some light on how much are assessments will be.
ARTICLE XV BOOKS AND RECORDS
15.1 Records to be Maintained. The Association shall keep at its registered office, or at its secretary's office within the state of Washington:
a. Current Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws;
b. Correct and adequate records of accounts and finances;
c. A record of officers' and directors' names and addresses;
d. Minutes of the proceedings of the Board of Directors and any committees of the Board. |
