Ron,

 

First of please understand that you are still considered my freind and I know you are most likely being

pushed to the limit here and for that I feel bad you are going through this ... for that I am sorry that you

are in this position.

 

This type of behavior by a police officer is totally out of line... insulting, threating, attempting to be

intimidationg is something I would never expect from a police officer let alone a sheriff, this is the

type of person that you would expect to be a role model ?

 

Police officers have a code of conduct on duty and off ... is this being upheld ?

 

First of all this morning and now tonight and not just one but all four.

 

I am keeping a log and all corrispondance is being handed over to the police.

 

I was asked to step aside and I did trusting that the right thing would have been done and what did I

get in return a stab in the back from several people and now insulting rude behavior.

 

Demoracy is a very special privialage that we all have and in this cause it is being taken for granted

and abused by some of the people involved.

 

The election is on the 26th not the 20th .... right ?

 

Bottom line is that I will not tollerate this type of treatment and the police will be kept up to date.

 

Rick this has gone way to far and I am asking for your assistance in helping my family with this harrassment.

The above post is some information that the Carson-Ford Group provided the court when they were attempting to defend one of them from a anti harrassment order. Don't know what I had to do with the order or the court but it was a great attempt to smear me. Thankfully the judge saw through it and gave them what they had coming.

This is an excerpt to show who started this stuff a long time ago. They are only now getting upset that people are tired of their lies and standing up for themselves. Now they portray themselves as the victims. We would not expect the other members of the HOA to know this because the Board keeps this stuff from you. Excerpt follows: Read Mary's altered reality.


I went inside for a moment to get our dog & to ask Ray to join us for a walk. When Ray & I came back outside, Steve’s King County SUV headlights were turned on. As we headed off on our walk, Steve remained in his work vehicle. We did not look in his direction & he said nothing more to us. Soon after, he drove past us & did something unusual. Instead of turning left onto 138th St SE, he turned left one block before onto Beech Court, drove about halfway down the block, pulled over but did not get out in the time we could still see the vehicle, as we walked by. We kept walking & turned left onto 138th St SE. After we had past the 2nd house (32518 138th St SE) & wetland area, I started to notice how very dark it was as there is no street lighting on that long block between Beech Court and Cedar Court. I started to feel frightened because the two houses past the small wetland designated area are currently vacant & no lights were on inside or outside of these houses (32456 & 32438 138th St SE). We had not seen Steve’s work vehicle drive out from the other end of Beech Court, so my gut told me we could be in danger. It sounds crazy but I thought Steve could drive east on 138th St SE, shoot us in front of the vacant houses & there would be no witnesses. It was very frightening to even think of this as a possibility. We had placed ourselves in a vulnerable position & I felt very frightened. We had turned around & hurried home. I felt very afraid by the intimidating behavior from a police office who is also our neighbor.

Could we please arrange to have a Sultan Police Officer (if available) chaperone our: Sky Harbor HOA Board of Directors Election meeting
August 26th @ 7:30pm

I am very concerned about what may transpire unless police are at the meeting. Recently, one neighbor (Arley Ballanger) verbally and physically threatened another neighbor (Greg Lindsay 13865 Beech Court) at Greg’s doorstep! This incident occurred while Arley, his wife Debra & their next door neighbor, Steve Wright, were delivering election ballots door-to-door. Debra & Steve had to stop Arley from moving closer to Greg’s face, preventing a possible fight!

I am getting more & more concerned that Arley may attempt to come into the meeting with a gun! He’s very much a guy that likes to let it be known that he has every right to ‘bear arms’ & shoot wherever & whenever he likes. He was furious with me recently when I called 911 & reported a bb gun being fired into the wetland area behind our house. Arley threatened Ray physically &verbally when Ray tried to explain my 911 call. We have not spoken wit them since. The Ballenger’s & Wright’s now have hand-written cardboard signs posted on their front porches which read ‘Video Camera in Use’. This is a violation of our CC&Rs. I believe Arley fueled the latest problems between Steve & Ray through unethical choices & gossip while in a position of trust as our HOA Webmaster.

Here's more proof that Mary Carson -Ford and Her husband Raymond are continuing to go to city hall and try to get the City of Sultan involved in this mess here at Sky Harbor.

Ray and Mary started this mess and are continuing to try to play the victim to who ever will listen to their lies. Today I spoke to Frank from the planning board on the phone. He told me he was approached by Mary Carson- Ford at a City of Sultan meeting and she went on how I was the problem and how her and poor Raymond have been brutalized. She left out how she has cursed at the neighbors and has tried to provoke neighbors that have tried to keep a low profile in this disaster. I told Frank that he and the city officials should come up and talk to the people that live here with the Carson-Fords. I’m sure there are things that could be told to make them see the other side of poor little Mary and Raymond. I told him how she has been seen going in and out of city hall and being assisted by city officials.

The City of Sultan got a new chief of police here recently and Mary and Ray were in his office three times in the first two days he was in office by his own account. They were bringing him up to speed on how the whole neighborhood was so corrupt and that I played such a large part in their misery and portrayed themselves as innocent victims.

After about thirty minutes on the phone Frank said he felt this whole thing is going to blow up and go in the wrong direction. He offered to see if he could provide some kind of resolution to the problem. I applaud him for the offer and the attempt that he promised me. I think if he and as many of the interested people down at city hall that he mentioned would come out and talk to the Carson-Ford’s near by neighbors there would not be a need for resolution, but no longer a need to listen to Mary’s lies…..

I was also told that Mary was a Sultan Garden Club meeting in the past couple of weeks spreading her lies. She was surprised when another Garden Club member shut her down when the lady told Mary that she knew who started all the problems and that it was Mary’s fault, Mary got upset. I wonder how long it will be until Mary attacks her at the garden club or her character? I know I am tired of having my character attacked 24/7 by these two. Firemen, Police Officers, Mayors, Planning Board people and parents of the kids my children play with are questioning me about what is going on in our neighborhood. They all have said they have talked with Mary Carson-Ford. It’s getting old Mary!!!! Your house of cards is nothing more than week paper. When it falls, they all will see the real you that you have already shown by running your mouth full of lies…..
