A petition was passed around and the requirement was 6 homes but we had 12 homes sign the petition to have a meeting to dissolve the HOA! More than enough votes. The petition was then passed to Rick Dreger the President of the Sky Harbor HOA It is up to the Sky Harbor HOA to set the date. It looks like Directors Rick Dregger and Greg Lindsey along with what looked like Carl, and Sherri Green passed out meeting notifications today. When they got to my door they did not leave a notice or proxy at my door, did they leave out anyone else? I am curious only because the prior board with the Lindseys involved excluded people from HOA business (Sherri allowed 2 out of 3 Directors access to the financial records, but would not allow Ed Williams (a director at the time) access to them.) I will scan a copy I received from a concerned neighbor. This neighbor was also confused as they gave blank proxies that make no since to the average JOE. Are they trying to make it difficult for the home owner to cast a proxy? As I do remember the last time proxies were done it had vote yes or no for a particular item.

Click Here to download the proxy PROXY The attachment is the News letter which does not explain how to fill the proxy out but more complaining about the website and the signs. I also noticed there was no Pro's and Con's on why we need to dismantle the HOA.

Just to make sure everyone knows... the petition for the meeting states that the motion is to dissolve the HOA... not negotiate on the possibly removing the CC&R's. The issues go beyond CC&R's, the current and prior boards have not performed their responsibilities and even abused their authority.
