Welcome To The Sky Harbor HOA Revolt Web Site.
The purpose of this website is to expose the abuse and breach of fudituary duties to the HOA, and to be the ears, and voice of the residents of Sky Harbor, to promote the common democratic principles not found in our covenants and by-laws, and to alert homeowners to the existence of a growing menace within our communities across the USA. Neighborhood harmony is dependent upon homeowner participation. This website is meant to provide busy residents with the means necessary to take an active role in the management of the community. All residents are invited to give their input and share their opinions on any topics regarding life in Sky Harbor that is located in the City of Sultan Washington.

What is an HOA? Its a plague that is threatening to destroy the American dream of home ownership and undermine the common democratic principles so many have fought to preserve for over 200 years. This menace is the corporate, private government known as the Homeowners Association. As briefly as possible, I will tell you how this industry developed, how it works, and who is profiting from the scam.

Here at Sky Harbor we do not have a swimming pool, club house and a jacuzzi. We have no reason to have a HOA.  The park and trail can be maintained free of charge by the home owners with volunteer contribution and by sharing the responsibility. No more people sneaking around and checking your back yard for violations. No more people knocking on your door at odd hours harassing you to pay your dues in a tough economy. No more attorneys fees to protect yourself from the HOA. No more dues that can go up to $300.00 (capped) No more annual meetings to go to. No more fliers hanging on your door that are harassing. Its time to shut the HOA down and we can do that by voting it out, and turn this neighborhood back into a place we come to find peace at.  You can join us by registering and casting your vote. As long as the HOA exists we loose our constitutional rights and the pursuit of happiness and that means we all loose in the end. It has been shown that HOA's do not have to follow their own rules and they are incompetent to run a business because that is what it is, in a business most constitutional laws are not followed. HOA's are not a government it is a business. Do you like the idea of a business who's owners are your neighbors? What happens when you make your neighbor angry and he joins the HOA board and you want to build a shed for your lawn mower in your back yard? Do you think you will be able to pass that construction project threw the architectural committee he resides on?
